One wonders. Why a photo of Lilibeth and not of the woodlands? Is she a suspect?? (PS. Royal Estates, like Richmond Park of Fenton Fame for example, are open to the public for dogwalking....unlike some poshy-poshy subdivisions in Las Pinas)
