Ocean Deep

Maybe the fundaMENTAList Catholics are correct. Overpopulation is the least of the Philippines' worries. The Pacific oceanic crust getting pulled under the Philippine tectonic plate may actually give rise to new landmass within our territory. Yay. Of course, the price for that are high intensity earthquakes that will inevitably destroy Metro Manila (even more yay, it's a dump anyways) but thankfully, the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines has a very potent weapon in the form of the Oratio Imperata. We all know how effective it is against nature.
