Lazy Oven Food: Roast Lamb Shoulder and Pommes Dauphinoise

Shoulder of lamb, rosemary and garlic acupuncture with marinade of extra virgin olive oil garlic, rosemary, lemon, and anchovies.

Oven for one hour for 180C then poured glass of white wine (used Les Vignes de Bila-Haut Cotes du Roussillon) then another 3 hours.

Soft off the bone.

Also in the oven. We can binge watch BBC iPlayer while waiting.

Lunch! (and leftovers for more)

With roasted courgettes.

Dessert of Pandoro di Verona and Floralis Moscatel Oro.
